COSME CABALLERO is a partner with Deutsch & Blumberg, P.A., where he primarily practices insurance, premise liability, and personal injury law. Mr. Caballero is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, The Florida Bar (Grievance Committee member for the 11th Judicial Circuit), and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Caballero earned his B.A. degree from Florida International University, his M.F.A. degree from the University of Florida, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
WILLIAM M. CHAPMAN is an attorney with the law firm of William M. Chapman, P.A., in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he litigates complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, including the representation of victims suffering from significant and catastrophic injuries due to medical malpractice, vehicular collisions, defective products, and unsafe premises. DAVID L. DEEHL, of Deehl PLLC, is the recipient of the National Law Journal's Elite Trial Lawyer Award as among the top 50 in the nation, and the American Bar Association's Muskie Pro Bono Award. Board certified by The Florida Bar in both civil trial law and business litigation law, his practice areas include personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, product and professional liability, family law, and business litigation. Mr. Deehl has been selected and recognized as a top attorney in both plaintiffs' and insurance defense areas of practice numerous times. He holds National Board of Legal Specialty certifications in civil trial and civil pretrial practice. A past member of The Florida Bar's Civil Trial Board Certification and Professional Ethics committees, and a current member of a Grievance Committee, Mr. Deehl has served close to 30 years as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law by teaching pre-trial, trial, and advanced trial skills courses. JED KURZBAN is an attorney and equity partner for the law firm Kurzban Kurzban Weinger Tetzeli & Pratt P.A. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical practice, product liability and personal injury.
