Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. NORMAN H. GREEN is a partner with the law firm of Irsfeld, Irsfeld & Younger LLP, where he practices in the areas of taxation, business law, estate planning, and probate. Mr. Green has been designated as a certified specialist in tax law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is chair of the Taxation Law Advisory Commission. He has lectured on estate planning and taxation issues, as well as fee arbitration. Mr. Green is a member of the Los Angeles County, Glendale, and Beverly Hills bar associations; and the State Bar of California (member, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law, and Taxation Law sections). He earned his A.B. degree from the University of California at Irvine and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
