JAMES R. Mr. Markham was a banker for 17 years prior to entering the practice of law and served as the chief operations officer for a wholly owned mortgage company of a commercial bank. He has served as chief financial officer of a bank with direct responsibility over mortgage department operations and portfolio management of mortgage backed securities.
