CHRISTOPHER E. EZOLD is the managing partner for the business and health law group with The Ezold Law Firm, P.C., and focuses his practice in three areas: representing businesses as outside general counsel; providing wrap-around legal services to health care practitioners and practices; and representing executives with regard to their contracts and equity rights. In his practice, Mr. Ezold has negotiated, drafted and litigated corporate merger and acquisition documents, commercial contracts, real estate contracts, employment and restrictive covenant agreements, equity and buy-sell agreements, settlement agreements, and a variety of other contracts. He graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1995, and earned his LL.M. degree in taxation in 2009. Mr. Ezold has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, as well as its general counsel; and was the chair of the Health Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the states of Delaware and New Jersey.
JACKLYN FETBROYT is a member of Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC. She specializes in counseling companies and business owners through all stages of their ventures from conception to dissolution, assisting her business clients in all of their needs for maintenance and growth. Such counseling includes selecting a business entity type and forming the business; drafting the internal documents necessary for the governance of the new entity to help the company achieve its goals and prevent internal disputes among owners and employees; registering the business in appropriate jurisdictions and obtaining licenses to operate; and assisting in negotiating and documenting various transactional needs (including real estate or other property acquisitions, leases, various master client/customer and vendor/supply agreements, etc.).
