SUSAN BOWDEN GUNST is an attorney with Bowden · Cyr PLLC. She has helped injured people recover medical expenses, wage loss, and other damages incurred as a result of someone else's wrongdoing. She has also helped families that are suffering with the loss of a loved one by holding the negligent party accountable. Ms. Bowden Gunst has arbitrated, mediated and litigated hundreds of cases with insurance companies. Her vast trial experience includes wrongful death, personal injury, and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Bowden Gunst not only has experience in state district court, but also at the federal court level and the court of appeals. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Legal Assistance of Washington County, as well as the Minnesota Association for Justice f/k/a Minnesota Trial Association, and the Minnesota Women Lawyers. Ms. Bowden Gunst earned her B.S. degree from Moorehead State University and her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

SCOTT R. HALLOIN is a partner with Halloin Law Group, S.C. He is one of the most experienced construction attorneys in Wisconsin, as recently recognized in M Magazine. Mr. Halloin also is the author of the Wisconsin Section of the American Bar Association’s seminal industry treatise, Construction Law. He has logged thousands of hours of in-trial experience and hundreds of motions and witness examinations in construction related cases and arbitrations, and related insurance claim concerns. Mr. Halloin was one of the first, and remains one of a select handful of lawyers in the Midwest, to practice in a narrow subset of commercial and residential construction and real estate litigation concerning toxigenic mold issues, and pioneered the development of the continuous trigger theory, and developed the means and methods of navigating property damage exclusions. Mr. Halloin earned his J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
