William Bickerton is an attorney with Bickerton Law. Mr. Bickerton practices in the area of criminal defense including child abuse charges, white collar crimes and gun and firearm crimes. He earned his B.A. degree from Grove City College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Joseph Z. Gersten is the founder of The Gersten Law Firm PLLC. His practice focuses on criminal defense in the Nevada federal and state courts. Mr. Gersten represents Nevada residents, as well as visitors and tourists, on the full range of criminal offenses - including drug and prostitution charges, domestic violence offenses, and firearms violations. Mark Graziani is an attorney and owner of Graziani Law, LLC, located in Barberton, Ohio. Mr. Graziani practices throughout Ohio from his office in Barberton. He has been a student of firearms for nearly 40 years. Mr. Graziani spent four years in the USMC, shooting howitzers and numerous small arms. He has studied, built, repaired and shot firearms throughout his life. He holds a Federal Firearms License and is currently an NRA Instructor in Basic Pistol (i.e. the CCW class), Personal Protection in the Home, and Home Firearms Safety. Mr. Graziani earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Ohio State University in astronomy, his Master's degree in business administration, with honors, from the University of Akron and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
Donald-Anthony A. Phillips is the owner of DACP Law, LLC, located in Lyndhurst, Ohio. Mr. Phillips earned his law degree from the University of Akron, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He also holds a masters degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and has a bachelors degree in computer science from John Carroll University. Mr. Phillips is a certified NRA instructor and teaches concealed carry classes in northeast Ohio.
