Brian Ebarb is an attorney with the law office of Hailey McNamara, LLP, and is a former senior trial attorney with the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office. He practices in the areas of white-collar and regulatory defense and insurance defense. Mr. Ebarb earned his bachelor's degree from Millsaps College and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Richard D Hodsdon recently retired after over 33 years as an assistant Washington County attorney with the Washington County Attorney's Office in Stillwater, Minnesota. He represented Washington County in all aspects of civil law practice and also acts as a criminal prosecutor. Mr. Hodsdon represented the county sheriff and the elected county attorney, with particular emphasis with the sheriff's office. He remains a consultant and legal educator, providing consulting services to public criminal justice and corrections administrators, particularly sheriff's offices, on policy development and operations. Mr. Hodsdon is an instructor in a wide range of civil and criminal topics, including data practices and personnel, employment and labor law, discrimination and civil rights law, corrections law, and liability and civil commitments. He is an instructor for the International Academy of Public Safety, National Institute of Corrections and the Minnesota State College System. Mr. Hodsdon is an adjunct faculty member for the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety. He is counsel to the Minnesota Sheriff's Association and provides legal advice and representation to the association and its members. Issues include: emergency operations, patrol, jail personnel and employment law, and all other matters relating to operation of the sheriff's office, as well as management of a non-profit organization. In this position, Mr. Hodsdon serves as corporate counsel to the association, as well as assists individual members. He serves as a citizen member and chair of the board that licenses Minnesota private detectives and protective agents. Prior to Washington county, Mr. Hodsdon spent a year in private practice and eight years as an assistant Minnesota Attorney General. He earned his B.A. degree from Concordia College, his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, and his master's degree in public administration from Hamline University. Mr. Hodsdon is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Sheriffs Association, and the National Sheriffs Association (Legal Advisors Committee) and is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme court, federal courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Sean R List is a partner and founder of Lehmann Major List, PLLC. Mr. List specializes in employment law, firearms law, and criminal defense. He represents federal firearm licensed dealers in a variety of compliance, liability, employment, and general business issues. He also represents individuals who have been criminally charged in cases related to firearms, deadly weapons, and self-defense. Mr. List is regularly consulted regarding federal and state firearm regulation, National Firearms Act compliance, the classification of firearms according to ATF definitions, private and over-the-counter firearm transfers, the effect of convictions/mental health admissions on firearm ownership eligibility, the mechanics of firearms, justifiable use of force and firearm display issues. Mr. List received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Employment Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.

Dana C McLendon III is the owner of McLendon Law Office. He practices primarily in domestic relations and criminal law. Mr. McLendon earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University.

 

Gregory Taggart is the owner of Taggart Law, LLC, where he practices estate planning, business planning, and firearms law. He is a member of Wealth Counsel. Mr. Taggart works in Utah and Wyoming and is a member of the Utah State Bar (Business Law and Estate Planning Law sections), the Wyoming State Bar (Business Law and Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law sections) Association, and the American Bar Association (Business Law and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law sections). He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law for two years and received his J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. Taggart has been an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University since 1998. He has written for various Bloomberg magazines, Wealthmanagement.com, and Institutional Investor, among others.
