David Bailey is the founder of the Bailey Law Firm, P.A., in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, in International Studies from Hendrix College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he served as an editor of theLaw Review. Mr. Bailey is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma and also speaks Spanish. From 2009-2011 he served as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In 2012, he became City Attorney for the City of Gravette, and has been the City Prosecutor for Siloam Springs since 2002.
