Jason Bruno is a member of the law firm of Sherrets Bruno & Vogt LLC. He is an experienced multijurisdictional trial and appellate attorney licensed in Arizona, Nebraska, and Minnesota focusing on business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, legal malpractice and eminent domain. Mr. Bruno has more than 40 appellate decisions and 15 jury trials. Mr. Bruno has been retained by other lawyers to serve as an expert witness in litigation and has written articles and presented seminars in the areas of legal malpractice, trial practice, ethics, real estate law, and construction law. He is a member of the American (Litigation Section; Advisory Panel), Omaha, and Scottsdale Bar associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Bruno earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, at Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, at Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska.
