Dustin Birch is a partner in the personal injury practice at Clear Counsel Law Group. Mr. Birch has been practicing in personal injury since graduating. He began at a small plaintiff's personal injury firm and then worked for one of Nevada's premier insurance defense firms for two years. He has handled cases ranging from paralyzed plaintiffs and wrongful deaths down to low-impact cases with limited injuries. Mr. Birch was also appointed as an arbitrator by the Nevada Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School.
