Theodore Zeller is an attorney and chair of the Liquor Law Practice Group with Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Mr. Zeller was lead counsel in a beer rights case brought against the world's largest brewers and is now General Counsel to D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc and the Brewers of the Pennsylvania. His efforts helped change various laws under the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, and he authored portions of several bills which helped small brewers by allowing tasting rooms and more efficient and cost effective brand registration.Mr. Zeller is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys, and the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University Dickenson School of Law.
