David Adkins is managing partner of The Adkins Law Firm, PLLC, where he is responsible for the management of all aspects of their civil case load related to plaintiff's personal injury cases, family law cases, and employment law cases, representing employers and employees. Mr. Adkins is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. He earned his B.A. degree from Alderson-Broaddus College and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Adkins was selected as a 2014 West Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star (Employment Litigation-Plaintiff).
