Jay Heit an attorney with Herrick & Hart, S.C., in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, car collisions, slip and fall, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, criminal defense, dog bites, and farm accidents. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict. Mr. Heit is a former federal law clerk who served for the Honorable John B. Jones of the District of South Dakota.
