Richard Adams is an attorney in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP's Wealth Preservation group, focusing his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, estate, probate & trust administration, adult guardianship, and special needs planning. He has significant experience in his practice areas, having worked for almost seventeen years in the legal field, ten of those years as a paralegal. Mr. Adams joined his firm as a paralegal, working full-time as he attended law school classes in the evening. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.S. degree in Gerontology and Legal Studies from the University of Maryland University College. Mr. Adams is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (member, Estate & Trust Law Section, Elder Law & Disability Rights Section, and Young Lawyers Section), the LGBTQ Bar Association of Maryland, the National LGBT Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, and he is a former president and board advisor for the Maryland Association of Paralegals, Inc.
