Cody Wood

Cody Wood is a managing associate with Dentons US LLP, being a member of Dentons’ Federal Regulatory and Compliance practice. His regulatory practice focuses on helping US and non-US clients navigate challenges arising in international commerce at the crossroads of economics, policy, and the law. Cody advises clients on compliance, transaction, and litigation matters as a part of the firm’s blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency team. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. Mr. Wood is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Missouri.
