Jeremy Shockett is a shareholder with Anderson Kill P.C. Mr. Shockett is a member of the firm's White Collar Crime, Government Enforcement, Internal Investigation and White Collar Defense and Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Prior to joining Anderson Kill, he was Deputy Secretary for Public Safety for the Office of the Governor of New York, a state Cabinet position in which he managed the Governor's public safety and homeland security priorities, overseeing eight agencies with a workforce of over 35,000 employees and an annual budget of more than $5 billion. He was also the Co-Chair of the New York State Cyber-Security Advisory Board. Mr. Shockett earned his B.A. degree from University of Florida and his J.D. degree, with honors, from The National Law Center at George Washington University.
