Randall Hetrick is a partner with Adams and Reese LLP. He represents management in all areas of employment and labor law, including employment discrimination, union-free campaigns and elections, affirmative action plans for federal contractors, and effective implementation of employment policies and procedures. In law school, he served on the Board of Editors of the Journal of the Legal Profession and the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. His publications include "Cyber-Girls and 'Net Surfer Dudes: The Peril and the Promise of the Electronic Workplace," (April 2003), "The Employer's Duties Regarding Communicable Disease in the Workplace," 24:1 American Jour. of Trial Ad. 35, and "Employee 'Head Knowledge' and the Alabama Trade Secrets Act," 47 Ala. Law Rev. 513. Mr. Hetrick frequently speaks on employment law and human resource management issues at seminars for personnel managers and business owners. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law and cum laude from Tulane University of Louisiana. Mr. Hetrick serves on the Board of Directors of the Mobile County Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program, and is a member of the Mobile Society for Human Resource Management, as well as local, state and national bar associations.
