Adam Wolper is a partner with Wolper Law Group, LLC, and is a transactional (real estate and corporate) attorney and litigator. Mr. Wolper represents clients in complex bankruptcy cases, including debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors' committees, and asset purchasers in section 363 sales. He has developed a focus in the drafting and analysis of complex limited liability company, limited partnership, and shareholders' agreements for investment syndicates, real estate joint ventures, and family-held businesses. Mr. Wolper represents clients in both transactional matters (including real estate acquisition, financing, and disposition; business formation and succession; capital raising; private securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions; real estate joint ventures; and recapitalizations and restructurings) and litigation matters (such as business divorce, fraudulent transfer, inter-creditor disputes, lender liability, enforcement of notes and guarantees, Article 9 perfection and priority issues, minority shareholder oppression, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty). From 2012 through 2016, Mr. Wolper was named a "New Jersey Rising Star" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. He has published numerous articles on these topics in national publications such as Law360, Bloomberg Law Reports, and The American Bankruptcy Institute Journal, among others. Mr. Wolper earned his B.A. degree from Syracuse University and earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
