Jennie Osborne is an attorney with Einhorn Barbarito Frost & Botwinick, P.C., where her main area of practice is matrimonial law. Ms. Osborne has litigated matrimonial, post-judgement, and domestic violence cases. She was associate trial counsel to former New Jersey Governor James McGreevey in his divorce and custody litigation in 2008. The trial highlighted substantial issues involving joint custody, parenting time, celebrity goodwill valuation, and employment evaluation. Intense television, radio, and print coverage accompanied the entire hearing, giving the case wide public exposure. Ms. Osborne is admitted to practice before the New Jersey State Bar, the New York State Bar, and the U.S. Federal District Court. She was selected by New Jersey Super Lawyers as a New Jersey Rising Star in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Ms. Osborne was rated AV Preeminent Woman Attorney in 2013 by her peers. She was rated by her peers as an AV Preeminent Attorney in 2014. Ms. Osborne is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Family Law Section member), the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the Passaic County Bar Association (Domestic Relations Committee), and the Northern New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court. She earned her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and her juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.
