Maryland CLE Requirements

MCLE State

Overview

Required Maryland CLE Credits:

Maryland does not currently require attorneys to complete continuing legal education credits. However, CLE is still an important part of practicing law in Maryland and the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 19-301.1) encourage attorneys to complete continuing education on a regular basis.

NBI has many different course formats for Maryland attorneys who want to stay up to date with the latest legal issues. Choose from Maryland-specific live online seminars, live webinars, fast track live webinars, OnDemand courses, downloadable courses, and course book downloads.
