Adam G. Gutbezahl
is an attorney with the Boston law firm of Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and Commercial Real Estate and Employment Law Groups. Mr. Gutbezahl represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial, employment, land use, and real estate disputes. He has represented clients in trials, administrative hearings, and mediations, and maintains a keen eye to ensure the most favorable outcome for his clients. Mr. Gutbezahl has also authored an article entitled, "ChatGPT in the Workplace: Employers Beware". He earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Gutbezahl is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

Sarah J. Melia
practice focuses on all aspects of wealth transfer planning and minimizing estate and gift taxes. She prepares fundamental documents to implement her clients’ wishes for the disposition of their assets and the well-being of their loved ones, including wills and revocable trusts, and powers of attorney and health care proxies. Ms. Melia also plans and prepares documents for sophisticated gift tax and wealth transfer strategies such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, generation-skipping transfer trusts, and charitable trusts. She handles all aspects of probate and trust administration, and helps clients navigate through difficult issues from the moment of death through the complete distribution of assets. Ms. Melia also assists clients with premarital agreements and consulting regarding the estate planning aspects of separation agreements. She assists clients with buy-sell planning for their businesses, including establishing funding mechanisms for owner buy-outs. Ms. Melia coordinates with corporate counsel in implementing buy-sell agreements upon an owner’s death as an integral part of the estate administration process. She earned her B.A. degree from University of Pennsylvania, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law.
