Nicholas F. Morisani
is a partner with the law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP in Jackson. He practices in the area of labor and employment, and represents both private and public employers in defense of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims. Mr. Morisani also represents clients in defense of civil rights claims arising under the U.S. Constitution. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Morisani is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Mississippi Bar, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, National Italian-American Bar Association and Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.

H. David Clark, III
is an attorney with Phelps Dunbar LLP, where he practices in the area of labor and employment, representing both private and public employers in defense of Section 1983 civil rights claims, Title VII and other discrimination suits, and wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act. As part of his practice, Mr. Clark also defends claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Equal Pay Act. He earned his B.S. degree in communications from Mississippi College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, National Order of Barristers from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Clark is a member of The Mississippi Bar, American Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern districts of Mississippi.

Ashley Eley Cannady
is a partner in the Jackson office of Balch & Bingham LLP. Her practice focuses on defending employers and management in employment-related disputes before courts and administrative agencies, including disputes involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate, FMLA interference, and other related state and common law claims. Ms. Cannady also regularly represents clients in contract disputes and business litigation. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi; and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Ms. Cannady is a member of the American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, and Mississippi Women Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, United States District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of Mississippi, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

is an attorney with the law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP in Jackson. He defends both public and private employers in all phases of litigation, including administrative proceedings, trials and appeals. Mr. Chamberlain has a breadth of experience defending employers against claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and hostile work environment. He also advises clients on their discrimination and workplace policies, as well as their employment contracts and job descriptions. Mr. Chamberlain earned his B.A. degree from Tougaloo College and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Anne Harlan Latino
is an attorney in the Jackson office of Balch & Bingham LLP. She practices in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Latino helps anyone with employees navigate the complex network of Federal and state employment laws. She also assists and advises in day to day compliance including hiring and firing decisions, disciplinary issues, and employee handbooks. Ms. Harlan Latino represents employers in Title VII lawsuits, FLSA lawsuits, and EEOC charges. She also has specialized expertise in Davis-Bacon Act compliance. Ms. Harlan Latino earned her B.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University, her M.S. degree from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Kyra G. Bradley
is an attorney in the Voorhees, NJ office of Archer & Greiner, P.C. Ms. Bradley assists employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including issues such as employee discipline and termination, reasonable accommodations, leave entitlements, wage and hour issues, and human resource policies and handbooks. She conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of clients, makes recommendations, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges, including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Bradley also assists in defending employers in cases alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), among others. She earned her B.A. degree from Villanova University, her MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Villanova University.
