Scott Burns is assistant county counsel for County of Gloucester in New Jersey. His practice currently focuses on government law, providing guidance and advice in matters of statute interpretation, preparation of contracts and other legal instruments, legal research, preparation of legal briefs and opinions, and trial practice. Specifically, Mr. Burns is Gloucester County Planning Board solicitor, Construction Board of Appeals solicitor, Gloucester County Solid Waste Advisory solicitor, and vice president of the Gloucester County Insurance Commission. He also practices in state tax court, representing municipalities in property tax appeals. Mr. Burns began his career in private practice, representing clients in all aspects of civil, criminal, and family law litigation. Michael A. Andrew T. Fede is a partner with Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he has more than 36 years of legal experience in practice areas including appellate litigation, commercial and governmental civil litigation, local government law, zoning and planning, labor and employment, employment and other forms of discrimination, probate law, real estate law, real estate tax appeals, and constitutional law. He has served as the attorney for the Boroughs of Bogota, Maywood, and Norwood and as the attorney for the Township of Mahwah. Mr. Fede has been the planning board attorney, zoning board attorney, library board attorney, and special counsel in six other New Jersey municipalities. Gemma M. Giantomasi is a member in Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC's real estate, development & land use group. She represents purchasers, sellers, developers, and lenders in real estate transactions; and focuses her practice on real estate acquisitions, sales, finance, condominium development and creation. Ms. Giantomasi's practice also includes alcoholic beverage control law. She has experience with alcoholic beverage control licensing and has successfully handled many applications for person-to-person and place-to-place liquor license transfers before various alcoholic beverage control boards and municipal councils. Carol S. Harding is a trial attorney at Earp Cohn P.C. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She maintains a broad-based litigation practice in which she has represented businesses, public entities, and individuals at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Ms. Harding's experience includes complex commercial disputes, employment law, defense of claims against public entities, disability income insurance law, environmental litigation, trust and estate litigation, and consumer fraud actions. Ryan P. Kennedy is of counsel with Stevens & Lee, where he represents private and government clients in all aspects of real estate acquisition, lending and development, with particular emphasis on redevelopment, condemnation, lender work-outs, and transit-oriented development. He is the mayor's designee for the Hopewell Borough Planning Board and is also a member of Hopewell Borough Economic Development Commission. Mr. Kennedy is vice-chair of the Township of Lawrence Growth and Redevelopment Committee.
