Marianne Monroy
is a Partner/Director with Garfunkel Wild, P.C. Her practice areas include employment and workforce management, investigations, audits and regulatory compliance, and litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Monroy earned her B.A. degree from Brooklyn College, and her J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law. She was selected for "Outstanding Women in Law" for 2016 by the Honorable A. Gail Prudenti and Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. Monroy is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, Connecticut State Courts, United States Court of Appeals: Second Circuit, United States District Court: Southern District of New York, United States District Court: Eastern District of New York, United States District Court: Northern District of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.

Salvatore Puccio
is a partner at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. He has experience in counseling clients concerning the employer-employee relationship, including the defense of wage and hour lawsuits, age, race, gender, national origin, and disability discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits, compliance with workplace regulations and employment statutes, including COVID-19 laws and regulations. Mr. Puccio designs, implements, and conducts anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training and regulars oversees investigations for organizations of all sizes. His practice includes the defense of many federal and state class action lawsuits, including defense of FLSA, NYLL, and data breach class actions. Mr. Puccio’s practice also includes complex commercial litigation matters. He has represented clients in breach of contract matters, managed care disputes, partnership disputes and breakups, antitrust matters, construction litigation, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Puccio previously served as the general counsel for Breast Cancer Help, Inc., on a pro bono basis, and was an adjunct professor at New York Institute of Technology. He earned his B.A. degree from Quinnipiac University and his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Puccio is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Nassau County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York State Courts and United States District courts, Eastern and Southern districts of New York.

Lauren Levine
is a partner at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. She represents clients in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes through all phases of litigation. Her practice also focuses on employment law, defending clients against various types of employment claims including age, race, gender, national origin, and harassment, as well as claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, whistleblower laws, breach of employment contract, and defamation. Ms. Levine also has experience in representing hospitals in medical staff credentialing and peer review matters, including intra-hospital hearings and appeals, proceedings before the New York State Public Health Council, and litigation arising from the peer review process. She earned her B.A. degree from State University of New York and her J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. Levine is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the New York Supreme Court; New Jersey Supreme Court; United States District Court, Southern District of New York; United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, New Jersey and New York.

Laura Massaro
is of counsel in the Long Island, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has more than 12 years of experience advising clients with respect to a variety of employment matters. Ms. Massaro advises clients regarding the development and implementation of effective employment policies, handbooks, procedures and contracts. She also advises clients on preventive practices, focusing on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, resolve employee relations problems and satisfy legitimate employee expectations. She has served as in-house corporate counsel to three different organizations and brings a unique perspective on client needs to the Long Island office. Ms. Massaro earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tufts University and her J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School.
