Timothy J. Buckley III is managing partner with the firm Buckley Christopher, P.C., where he has practiced for more than 25 years. He is a litigator and has tried multiple cases to conclusion in the product liability, auto, trucking, local governmental, general casualty, and constitutional tort areas. He has also handled several complex arbitrations in the federal and state systems. Mr. Buckley has served as a special assistant attorney general for the state of Georgia and was an adjunct professor at the Emory University School of Law for more than 20 years. Mr. Buckley is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990.

Farnoosh Faryabi is an attorney with MDK Law, where she focuses her practice in the areas of contract law, health law, and business litigation. Ms. Faryabi is admitted to practice in Washington and California. She earned her B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Washington, her J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and her LL.M. degree in health law from the University of Washington.

John E. Quinn is a partner with Quinn Logue LLC, where his practice areas include civil litigation, product liability, legal malpractice, and general tort claims. Mr. Quinn served two years as an assistant disciplinary counsel with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has been active in the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Mr. Quinn has lectured extensively for various organizations on the areas of insurance law, trial practice, and ethics. He earned his B.A. degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Daniel M. Schiavetta is of counsel at Russo & Gould LLP, who specializes in nursing home and adult residential facility defense, and has wide experience in appellate and insurance coverage litigation. He has prosecuted rescission, declaratory judgment and interpleader actions in state and federal court on behalf of various insurers, and has tried cases involving medical malpractice and premises liability. Mr. Schiavetta gives presentations to nursing homes as to charting and litigation issues and is responsible for two changes in case law. He received his B.A. degree from State University of New York and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Mr. Schiavetta is admitted to New York and New Jersey Federal Courts; Second Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, the New Rochelle Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
