ROBERT G. CHADWICK JR. is a managing member in the law firm of Seltzer Chadwick Soefje & Ladik, PLLC. His areas of practice include labor and employment, occupational safety and health, employee benefits and selected tort litigation. Mr. Chadwick has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association, and a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Chadwick is admitted to practice in Georgia and Texas, and has practiced before federal district and appellate courts throughout the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. He earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
