JAMES E. LANG is the managing member in the Omaha law firm Lang Law LLC, where he focuses his practice on land use law, zoning, real estate and commercial law. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate law, including property acquisition and disposition, land use, development and redevelopment, leasing and real estate finance, and entity structuring. Mr. Lang’s clients consist of real estate developers and redevelopers in the Omaha metropolitan area. Mr. Lang has lectured on real estate related matters at seminars and workshops in the Omaha metropolitan area. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Nebraska and Iowa, and is a member the Nebraska State and Iowa State bar associations. Mr. Lang received his B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. degree from Creighton University.
