LOUIS R. COHAN founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation. He serves on the boards of the Atlanta Bar Association (treasurer, Litigation Section; chair, Small Firm Section), and the Atlanta Bar Foundation, as well as being a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Cohan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law.
CHARLES M. DALZIEL is the founder and owner of Dalziel Law Firm. He has 39 years of litigation and arbitration experience in different firms, one worldwide, one statewide, and one more locally oriented. Mr. Dalziel was honored as one of Georgia's Top Labor and Employment Lawyers for 2019. His employment law practice includes pursuit and defense of employment discrimination/wrongful termination claims-when defending, mostly as EPLI provided defense counsel. Mr. Dalziel has a nationwide practice regarding employee transitions, centering on non-compete and non-solicitation provisions and the efforts to complete massive transfers of business to the new employers-again, working cases for plaintiffs and defendants. He frequently publishes articles on employment issues in various publications and also writes and presents on corporate governance issues. Mr. Dalziel earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Georgia Southern College; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
