He is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Conrad has previously lectured for National Business Institute and various financial institutions and business groups on estate planning, Medicaid planning and ethics. S. MARK MATHEWS is a partner with Mathews & Mathews Co., L.P.A., established in 1946. E. DALE SEARCY is a professor of law emeritus at the University of Dayton School of Law. He has taught there for more than 30 years, specializing in income tax, estate and gift tax, wills and trusts, and estate planning. He has advised the tax moot court teams and the Phi Delta Phi legal professional fraternity, and founded and advised the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. The law school student body has selected him Professor of the Year ten times. Since retiring from full-time teaching, he does consulting for lawyers. Professor Searcy earned his B.S.Mech.Engrg. degree from General Motors Institute, his J.D. degree from Indiana University, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University.
