TIMOTHY F. MCCURDY practices elder law, fiduciary litigation, and probate law at Lashly & Baer, P.C., in St. Louis. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Missouri chapter of NAELA (Education Committee). Mr. McCurdy speaks at numerous CLE programs, and also provides seminars on elder law to various organizations. He earned his undergraduate degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and his J.D. degree from Notre Dame Law School.
