ROBERT F. BALDWIN JR. is a partner in Baldwin, Sutphen & Frateschi, PLLC of Syracuse, New York. He concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, charitable tax planning, and related matters. Mr. Baldwin was formerly an adjunct professor of law at Syracuse University College of Law, where he lectured on estate planning and related issues. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, where he is a past state chair and chair of the Committee on Employee Benefits in Estate Planning. Mr. Baldwin is a past president of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He has been a frequent lecturer on and has authored various programs relating to estate planning, administration, and employee benefit matters. Mr. Baldwin earned his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Syracuse University.
CECELIA R.S. CANNON is a member with Bousquet Holstein PLLC. Her areas of practice include commercial disputes, trusts and litigation, estate litigation, and contested trademark registrations. Ms. Cannon is a member of the Women's Bar Association of Central New York, Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New York Academy of Trial Attorney. She is listed as a Rising Star in the 2015 edition of Super Lawyers Upstate New York. Ms. Cannon earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Cornell University; and her J.D degree, magna cum laude, from Cornell University Law School.
PHILIP A. DI GIORGIO has more than 27 years of legal experience, and is the founding member of the Di Giorgio Law Firm, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, estate and trust administration, the taxation of estates, trusts and gifts, and business planning. Prior to founding the Di Giorgio Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Di Giorgio was co-founder and the managing partner of Pierro & Di Giorgio, LLC. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Trusts and Estates Section, and has served as vice chair of the section’s Estate Planning Committee. Mr. Di Giorgio is also a member of the association’s Elder Law & Special Needs Section, the Oneida County Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Central New York. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Di Giorgio was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991 and is licensed to practice before all New York state courts.
KENNETH F. HUNT is a senior associate with Hodgson Russ LLP. Mr. Hunt regularly advises individuals, families, beneficiaries, corporate and individual fiduciaries regarding all aspects of complex estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation; and related federal, state, and local estate, gift, and income tax issues. His experience includes several audits of gift and estate tax returns; and the preparation of and filing of complex federal and state gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns, including estate tax returns for nonresident decedents. He also advises business owners on business succession planning and various asset protection planning strategies, including the use of domestic asset protection trusts. Mr. Hunt is admitted to practice in Delaware, Massachusetts, and New York. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Providence College; his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University School of Law; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.
SHANE M. McCROHAN is a partner in the estate planning, and trust and estate administration practice groups of Scolaro Fetter Grizanti & McGough, P.C. His practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business and tax planning for individuals and professionals. Mr. McCrohan also concentrates his practice in elder law and assisting individuals with long-term care planning.
