GARY BOYLE, of Boyle Law Office, has practiced law continuously since 1981. In addition to serving as an associate and a partner in a business litigation firm in Oklahoma, he has served as in-house counsel with The Williams Companies, Inc. in Tulsa; Texas-New Mexico Power Company and First Choice Power in Fort Worth; and PNM Resources, Inc. in Albuquerque. Mr. Boyle was responsible for each of the company's litigation functions. He currently serves as the virtual general counsel for Environmental Enginuity Group, LLC (Michigan); adl High Voltage, Inc. (Texas); EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia);, and Flask, Inc. (New Mexico) and maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico focusing on family law. Mr. Boyle is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma; and in various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa.
MARK J. KLECAN is a sole practitioner in Albuquerque. He focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, mediation and arbitration of personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance claims. Mr. Klecan attended Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri; earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico; and his J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section), the State Bar of New Mexico (Trial Practice Section), and the Defense Research Institute; and fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Klecan is admitted to practice in the states of New Mexico and Washington; and before the U.S. District Court for the New District of New Mexico, The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also has served as the hearing officer for the disciplinary board. Mr. Klecan has lectured on topics regarding the use of accident reconstruction experts in civil litigation, trial tactics for personal injury litigation, arbitration of uninsured motorist claims, and professionalism and ethical considerations for insurance defense lawyers.
JOHN S. STIFF is the managing partner of Stiff, Keith & Garcia, LLC, where his main areas of practice are insurance, products liability, labor and employment, and litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Colorado College and his J.D. degree from Tulane University. Mr. Stiff is a member of the Albuquerque and the American bar associations, the State Bar of New Mexico, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the Defense Research Institute, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
