MACY D. HANSON is a solo practitioner with The Law Office of Macy D. Hanson, PLLC, in Madison, Mississippi. As claims counsel, he analyzes and makes insurance coverage decisions and also reviews land titles and makes determinations on the best way to cure title defects. Mr. Jones is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and real estate professionals on real estate, title insurance, attorney escrow accounts, and real estate fraud. He received his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation degrees from the University of Mississippi; his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law; and his LL.M. degree from New York University.
STEVEN P. NIXON is a partner with the law offices of Milner & Nixon, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are wills and estates, family law, and real estate law. Mr. Nixon is a former adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law, where he taught legal writing. He is a municipal court judge for Clinton, Mississippi; and a member of The Mississippi Bar and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Nixon earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana Tech University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law.
