CAMILLE NICODEMUS is a litigation attorney with Schuckit & Associates, PC, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Nicodemus focuses her practice on civil litigation, including commercial and employment litigation and has litigated matters on behalf of corporate clients in state and federal courts across the country and in the federal appellate courts. She generally engages clients in a goal-oriented approach to conflict, works with them to identify proactive management strategies to minimize future litigation, and identifies ways to manage employees and business processes to benefit the organization as a whole. Ms. Nicodemus brings a practicing lawyer’s education and experience along with significant business management experience to each engagement. She regularly provides legal services pro bono in support of non-profit arts organizations and in support of LGBTQ rights. Ms. Nicodemus is a regular speaker to students in middle school, high school and college on issues related to the U.S. legal system and the field of law. She maintains a license to practice law in Indiana and in New York.
