NATHAN J. BAYER is an attorney with the Milwaukee law firm of Crivello Carlson, S.C., where he concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation, including commercial and bodily injury litigation, insurance coverage issues, toxic torts, and contracts. He also acts as a municipal prosecutor for the Village of Shorewood and the City of St. Francis. Mr. Bayer is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He also volunteers as coach for Shorewood High School in the state bar's annual mock trial competition. Mr. Bayer earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and his J.D. degree from Marquette University. Part of his legal education was completed at the T.C. Beirne School of Law in Queensland, Australia, where he completed a program in international, foreign, and comparative law.
PETER M. FARB is a trial attorney with the Law Offices of Thomas P. Stilp, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was admitted to practice in 1983 and joined Liberty Mutual in 2001. His practice encompasses all types of claims, including liability for auto claims, municipal and police claims, claims against school districts, federal civil rights claims, food claims against restaurants, fire claims, slip and fall claims, first party claims (including UM and UIM) and property, general liability, and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Farb has taken more than 200 jury cases to verdict. He has also tried more than 30 bench trials in civil cases. Mr. Farb has prevailed in cases he argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Many of his appellate decisions are published precedent. Mr. Farb was first board certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1998. Before joining Liberty Mutual, Mr. Farb was in private practice in Wisconsin for over 15 years, specializing in insurance defense. In addition to his current areas of practice, he has significant experience handling subrogation, SIU, insurance coverage, and construction matters. Mr. Farb has written and presented various continuing legal education articles on topics related to civil litigation, governmental liability, and workers' compensation. Mr. Farb earned his B.S. degree, with high honors, from Grand Valley State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
GEORGIA KONSTANTAKIS is a sole practitioner in Greendale practicing in the areas of personal injury, traffic/drunk driving defense, corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, and family law. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Konstantakis has used her knowledge of law to actively serve her community. She is a board member and treasurer of the Greendale Chamber of Commerce and participates in Franklin High School’s business law program. Ms. Konstantakis received her B.A. degree from Loyola University of Chicago, Illinois and her J.D. degree from Massachusetts School of Law.
