When does my NBI Subscription begin?
Your NBI Subscription begins upon payment. A subscription number will be issued to you for use until you receive your Subscription Card in the mail. Please reference your subscription number when registering for any event or ordering products. |
When does my NBI Subscription expire?
Your NBI Subscription expires one year from the date of purchase. The subscription may be used for all live events held on or before the date of expiration. If you purchase one of our Online Learning courses, you will have access to the program in your account until 7 days after your pass expires so that you have adequate time to view the program. You can renew your subscription at any time. |
How am I billed for my NBI Subscription?
We gladly accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Please contact customer service at 800-931-6182 to arrange other payment options, including check and purchase order. |
Can I register a colleague using my NBI Subscription?
The NBI Subscription is exclusive for each individual, and cannot be used or transferred to another person. |
How do I register for courses or purchase products using my NBI Subscription?
You can register for an event or purchase a product through the method that is most convenient for you: online, over the phone,
through mail, fax or even email. If you forget to register or you make a last-minute decision to attend a seminar, simply provide your
NBI Subscription Card to the Program Manager at the event and your registration will be completed for you. |
Can I use my subscription on IPE (Institute for Paralegal Education) courses?
IPE courses do not qualify for NBI Subscription savings. Please call 1-800-930-6182 for information on the IPE Passport program. |
What is Fastcase?
Fastcase is an online, comprehensive 50-state and federal case law database, providing access to law, court cases, statutes and regulations. All Inclusive Pass holders receive a full year of unlimited access included in their subscription--a $1,140 value. |
