How do I register for a seminar?
Registering for an NBI seminar is quick and easy. If you have the seminar number, found near the registration section of your brochure, you can use the "Express Event Registration" box near the top of the pages of our site. Otherwise you can browse upcoming seminars.
What are my payment options?
We accept a wide variety of payment options. These include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Personal or Corporate Check or a Purchase Order.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, at the end of your purchase you will be presented with a detailed confirmation page that you can print for future reference. Additionally, you will receive a detailed order summary email.
How late can I register for a seminar?
You may register at the door; however, pre-registration is encouraged. If you need to register at the door, we recommend you call us first to confirm availability and any schedule or location changes.
Where can I find seminar details?
Finding more information is easy. When you search for a seminar, simply click on the event to learn more information such as program agenda, schedule, location, faculty and accreditation.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives $10 off their total tuition.
Is hardship tuition assistance available for Illinois and New York attorneys?
Yes, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 for more information.
What about lunch and parking?
Unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are on your own. For your convenience, we select locations for our seminars that have dining establishments within the facility or nearby. To obtain directions and parking information please contact the facility associated with the seminar you are interested in.
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is appropriate. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or a jacket for extra comfort.
Will I receive course materials?
You will receive a comprehensive course reference manual specific to the seminar you are attending. The reference manual is written by the seminar presenters and serves as a valuable reference for you during and after the program. There is space for note taking and each manual is bound so storage after the seminar is neat and convenient.
How do I obtain proof/verification of my participation?
You will receive a certificate of completion and reporting information at the conclusion of the seminar.
How will my continuing education credits be reported?
Depending on your accrediting agency requirements, we will submit your credits or will provide you with the information you need to report your own. Detailed credit submission instructions will be given at the seminar.

How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar?
If there are any changes to the seminar you are scheduled to attend, you will be notified by email and/or phone as soon as possible.
I need special accommodations. What do I do?
We take pride in meeting the individual needs of all seminar participants. All of our seminars are held in facilities that are accessible for all ability levels. Other special needs requests are easily handled by contacting our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182.
