Guarantee -
If you aren't satisfied with a seminar or training resource, call or write us, within 60 days of program attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.
Cancellation -
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program please contact Customer Service. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different NBI event, or sending you the manual and audio recording of the event.
If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to the seminar. Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the seminar will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above. The processing fee of $20 will apply, and any registration that is converted to a manual and audio recording of the event will incur an additional $7.95 shipping charge. |
