How do I access my online or teleconference program?
You must first log in to your My Account. You will find your course details and instructions there.
How do I log in to My Account?
First, check to make sure you are not already logged in. If you see a [Log Off] orange button in the upper right corner of your screen, you are already logged in. Simply click the [Access My Courses] button to access your account. If you are not logged in, click the [Access My Courses] button in the upper right corner of your screen. You will be prompted to either log in using your email address and password or to create an account (if you have not purchased or been registered for an NBI course before). If you are not sure if you have an NBI account, click the [Forgot Your Password?] link. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. If you enter an email address that is not in our system, you will receive the following message: "There was no valid account found for the Email address you entered."
I know I have an NBI account, but I cannot find it with my email address.

Help! I forgot my password.
Click the [Forgot Your Password?] link on the log in screen. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. When you log in using the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password. If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please call us at 1-877-624-7707.
I would like a copy of the order receipt for an online transaction I completed. Where can I get one?
You must first log in to your account. Once in your account, navigate to the "Order History" tab. All transactions that you have completed online since January 1, 2009 will be listed. Select the transaction you are looking for by clicking the [View Receipt] button. The transaction details of the order you completed will be displayed. If you have any questions about your order, please call our Customer Support at 1-877-624-7707.
How do I change the email address associated with my account?
Simply navigate to the "My Home" tab, select the [Edit] button and update your profile accordingly.
How do I change my password?
Simply navigate to the "My Home" tab, select the [Edit] button and update your profile accordingly.
How do I update my personal information (name, address, job title, phone number, etc.)?
Simply navigate to the "My Home" tab, select the [Edit] button and update your profile accordingly.
I cannot find one of the programs I registered for in "My Account".
Select the [Products] tab to view all programs and products in your account. From there, your products are broken down into four categories: Upcoming Events, Recently Held Events, Online Learning and CDs, DVDs & Books. You must select the appropriate category by clicking on it to view the corresponding courses. Still can't find the course? Call us at 1-800-930-6182.
