Submit your completed Alaska Bar Rule 65 MCLE Reporting Form by email (info@alaskabar.org), fax (907-272-2932) or mail (Alaska Bar Association, P.O. Box 100279, Anchorage, AK 99510). You may also obtain your Alaska Bar Rule 65 MCLE Reporting Form online at www.alaskabar.org.

New Attorney Information: Professionalism course requirements, under Rule 45, Ariz.R.S.Ct., mandate that every active member take a course on professionalism. You only have to take the course one time upon admittance to the Bar. Rule 45 also mentions completion of the professionalism course in satisfaction of Rule 34(e). Rule 34 says that new admittees must take the professionalism course within the first year of admittance to the Bar.

Self Study Allowable: eCLE credits are allowed in the delivery formats indicated below. Maximum 6.00 hours allowable for audio only formats; Maximum 12.00 hours allowable for video formats.

Compliance Deadline: December 31st
New Attorney Information: Attorneys admitted in January through November must complete a pro-rated requirement by December 31 of the year in which they are admitted. After this prorated requirement, the attorney's next reporting requirement will be 24 credits due by December 31 of two years following. Attorneys who passed the Delaware Bar Examination are required to attend the Supreme Court's mandatory two-day Pre-Admission Conference. Attendance at this program is mandatory before attorneys passing the bar exam may be sworn in by the Supreme Court, and attendance is excused only through written petition to the Supreme Court. Attorneys admitted in another jurisdiction for five years or more have to attend only Day One of the conference.

Each active lawyer is permanently assigned to one of two compliance groups for CLE purposes, with one group reporting each year.
Compliance Group 1 reports each even numbered year following the end of the compliance period.
Compliance Group 2 reports each odd numbered year following the end of the compliance period. For those in Compliance Group 2, you will need to complete one-half of the requirement for the period ending December 31, 2011.
New Attorney Information: By the end of {During] a newly admitted lawyer's first two-year compliance period after admission to the Bar of New Jersey, the newly admitted lawyer must satisfy 15 of his/her 24 required credit hours in any five of the following nine subject areas: New Jersey basic estate administration; New Jersey basic estate planning; New Jersey civil or criminal trial preparation; New Jersey family law practice; New Jersey real estate closing procedures; New Jersey trust and business accounting; New Jersey landlord/tenant practice; New Jersey municipal court practice; and New Jersey law office management. A lawyer who has completed at least the first full year's requirements of the Skills and Methods Course will be considered to have met the additional requirements for a newly admitted lawyer.

For all newly admitted lawyers whose first compliance report must be made in an even-numbered year, those in Compliance Group 1, will have a transitional reporting requirement and will be required to report on the Annual Attorney Registration Statement due in that first compliance
reporting period only one-half of the mandatory CLE requirements. For all newly admitted lawyers whose first compliance report must be made in an odd-numbered year, those in Compliance Group 2, will have a transitional reporting requirement and will report one-half of the mandatory CLE requirements on the Annual Attorney Registration Statement in that first compliance reporting period.

New Attorney Information: A new attorney is an attorney admitted to the New York Bar less than two years. New attorneys may only take transitional (basic level), live classroom programs. No nontraditional format programs are allowed.
Each newly admitted attorney must complete a minimum of 32 credit hours of accredited transitional education within the first two years of the date of admission to the Bar. 16 hours must be completed in each of the first two years of admission to the Bar as follows: 3 hours of ethics and professionalism; 6 hours of skills; 7 hours of law practice management and areas of professional practice.

TEXAS CLE REPORTING INFORMATION
For ACCREDITED MCLE Hours:
NBI, Inc. will report your Accredited MCLE hours online to the State Bar of Texas.
For SELF-STUDY MCLE Hours:
Report your Self Study MCLE by either of two ways:
Online at My Bar Page: You can easily access and report your MCLE hourse when you log
into My Bar Page. Scroll down to "My MCLE Hours."
Submit a coded "Credit Input Form": You were mailed a Credit Input Form with your MCLE Annual
Verification Report. This form is printed with special ink that is read by a scanner and it cannot be copied
or reproduced. If you need another form, please contact the MCLE Department of the State Bar of Texas at the
number below.
Once you have completed the form, mail it to the address below. The Credit Input Form will need to be received
by the MCLE Director by the last day of the birth month in order to avoid a non-compliance penalty.

Compliance Deadline: Effective after the period starting on 1/1/2009 for even year renewals and 1/1/2010 for odd year renewals, the start dates will switch to July 1. There will be a transitional period for lawyers to switch over from the current January to December cycles into the new July to June cycles.
- For those attorneys who report in even numbered years, their period will begin on 1/1/2009 and end on 6/30/2010. As there will be a shortened period, the attorney will only need to complete a total of 18 credit hours, 2 of which must be in Ethics or Professional Responsibility and one of those credits must be in Professionalism and Civility.
- For those attorneys who report in odd numbered years, their period will begin on 1/1/2010 and end on 6/30/2011. As there will be a shortened period, the attorney will only need to complete a total of 18 credit hours, 2 of which much be in Ethics or Professional Responsibility and one of those credits must be in Professionalism and Civility.

VERMONT CLE REPORTING INFORMATION
Before June 1 of each subsequent year, the Board will send each attorney subject to reporting for that period a form affidavit for the recording and
reporting of compliance.
No later than July 1st following the end of each applicable reporting period, each licensed attorney must submit an affidavit attesting to the total hours of continuing legal education (a minimum of twenty hours) that the attorney has completed during such period.

1.0 hour - fees and trust account management, with focus on Professional Conduct Rules 1.5 (fees), 1.15 (safeguarding property) and
