How does the 'PDF Reference Course Book Download' format compare to the other course book product formats you offer?
The downloadable course book product is simply an electronic version of the course book in a PDF file format that can be purchased for immediate delivery via email. There is no waiting for your shipment to arrive and no shipping fees to pay. The content itself is the same as the print and CD-ROM versions.
How do I know if a specific course book title is available in the PDF format for download?
A PDF product icon will be listed on the search results and product details pages for each title that is available for download.
How do I log into my account and start downloading my PDF course book?
From our website, click on the [Log On | Sign Up] button at the top-right corner of the page. Once logged on, your PDF course books can be found on the [Products] tab. From the [Products] tab, click on the [24/7 Learning] tab. You will see PDF course book purchases. To download your course book, click the [Download Now] button on the right side of the page. You will be prompted to save the file to your computer. To view the course book details, click the course book title or the [View Detail] button.
Can I order a PDF course book for someone else?
Yes. When ordering online you will be asked to provide the recipients' email address.
Are there technical requirements for download and use of a PDF course book?
The only requirements are that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other PDF reader program) installed on your computer (download and install Abode Reader for free at Adobe.com). More information about Adobe Acrobat Reader can be found on the Adobe website.
There is no [Download Now] button on my Product Detail page. What do I do?
The download link itself expires after 90 days, which is why we recommend that you save your copy to your computer for unlimited future reference. If you did not save a copy of the PDF course book that you purchased and the link has expired, please contact Customer Service.
Am I able to search the PDF course book product?
Yes. Select 'Search' from your 'Edit' menu options.
Can I print the PDF course book product?
Yes. Select 'Print' from your 'File' menu options.
How do I save a copy of the PDF course book that I purchased to my computer for future reference?
If you don't have the file downloaded and open on your computer, when prompted select 'save to disk' instead of the 'download' option and save the file to the desired location on your computer. If you already have the PDF file open, simply select 'Save As' from the 'File' menu to save your copy for unlimited future access to the file.
How long will it take to download a PDF course book?
The PDF file document download is 'streamed' for technical efficiency and speed during the download. Variables such as your computer system, internet connection speed, and the size of the document being downloaded make it difficult to estimate how long the download will take. A good way to monitor download progress is to watch the status bar.
Can I modify and save changes to my copy of the PDF file?
No, the file is protected as a read-only file.
I realized I ordered the wrong PDF reference course book product, or I am simply not satisfied with the product, what should I do?

Are shipping charges waived if I purchase a course book for download?
Yes! Shipping fees only apply to product shipments for print course books and course books on CD-ROM.
