What is an Audio MP3 product?
A downloadable audio MP3 product is simply an electronic version of recorded program that can be purchased for immediate access. There is no waiting for your shipment to arrive and no shipping fees to pay.
How do I know if a specific audio MP3 title is available in the format for download?
An MP3 product icon will be listed on the search results and product details pages for each title that is available for download.
I purchased an audio MP3 program, now what do I do?
Log on to your NBI account by click on the Log On | Sign Up button at the top-right corner of our website. Once logged into your account, click on the [Products] tab. From the [Products] tab click on the [24/7 LEARNING>>] tab where you will see your audio MP3 purchases. Select the MP3 program by clicking on the product title or the view details button to navigate to the product download page.
To download and/or listen to your program, click the [Download Now] button to the right of the course information. Below the course summary you will also find a link to download a PDF of any corresponding program materials by clicking the [Download] button. We recommend you save a copy of these file to your computer for unlimited future access as product access from your account will expire 6-months from the date of purchase.
To view detailed program information, click on the audio MP3 title or the [View Detail] button to navigate to the product details page.
Can I order an audio MP3 for someone else?
Yes, when ordering online you will be asked to provide the recipient's email address.
Are there technical requirements for download and use of an audio MP3?
All you need is a computer with access to the internet to download the course to your computer as an MP3 file. You can download the courses to listen on your computer, CD, MP3 player or an iPod. Our courses are compatible all standard media players.
There is no [Download Now] button on my Product Detail page. What do I do?

How do I save a copy of the audio MP3 that I purchased to my computer for future reference?
If you don't have the file downloaded and open on your computer, when prompted select 'save to disk' instead of the 'download' option and save the file to the desired location on your computer.
If you already have the file open, simply select 'Save As' from the 'File' menu to save your copy for unlimited future access to the file.
How long will it take to download an audio MP3?
The file document download is 'streamed' for technical efficiency and speed during the download. Variables such as your computer system, internet connection speed, and the size of the document being downloaded make each download time unique. A good way to monitor download progress is to watch the status bar.
How do I receive credit for an MP3 Download program?
Listen for the letter codes that you will hear while listening to the program. You will want to jot these letter codes down as your accrediting agency may require these codes as proof of course completion. Once you have completed the program, return to this program page in your online account and click [Certificate of Completion | Request Credit], which will take you to a short questionnaire where you will be asked to supply letter codes if required by your credit agency and indicate your credit requests. You will also be able to print your certificate of completion at this time. Depending upon your accrediting agency requirements, we will submit your credits or will provide you with the information that you need for self-reporting.

What are my payment options?
We accept Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), Check or a Purchase Order; however Credit Card payment is required for immediate access to download audio MP3s. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Audio MP3 orders paid by check or purchase order are placed in a hold status, pending payment. You will be notified of program access once payment is received.
