How do I request credit for an MP3 Download program?
Throughout an MP3 Download, you will hear letter codes. When you are finished, return to your online account, and click on the [Certificate of Completion] button for the MP3 Download program. You will request credit at that time. If your accrediting agency requires these codes, you will be asked to provide them for verification purposes. At that point, the system will give you your certificate. Depending upon your accrediting agency requirements, we will submit your credits or will provide you with the information that you need to report on your own.

I downloaded my MP3 Download program and now I can't find it.
- This can happen when you download the program and you click on [Open] instead of [Save]. This saves the program in a Temporary Folder marked for future deletion. In this case, the quickest way to find the file is to go back to your account and redownload the MP3 Download, and this time click the [Save] button, to a place of easy retrieval, like the [Desktop], or the [My Documents] folder.
- Another way to find the file is to do a search for the term (MP3 or Podcast) by clicking on the [Start] menu, then selecting [Search]. Be sure that it is set to search all the Hard Disk Drives on your computer.
