  • What is an MP3 Download product?

    An MP3 Download product is an electronic version of a course recording that can be purchased for immediate access. Accompanying course reference materials are included with MP3 Download purchases in a downloadable PDF format. There is no waiting for your shipment to arrive and no shipping fees to pay.

  • How do I know if a specific title is available in the MP3 Download format?

    An MP3 Download product icon will be listed on the search results and product details pages for each title that is available in this format. Browse a list of available MP3 Downloads.

  • What are my payment options?

    Credit Card payment is required for immediate access to MP3 Download products. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Orders paid by Check or a Purchase Order will be placed in a hold status, pending payment. You will be notified via email of product access once payment is received. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Can I order an MP3 Download product for someone else?

    Yes, when ordering online you will be asked to provide the recipient's email address and create an online account for the attendee.

  • Are there technical requirements for download and use of an MP3 Download product?

    All you need is a computer with access to the internet to download the course to your computer as an MP3 file. You can download the courses to listen on your computer, CD player, MP3 player or an iPod. Our courses are compatible all standard media players.

  • How long will it take to download an MP3 Download product?

    The MP3 file download is 'streamed' for technical efficiency and speed during the download. Variables such as your computer system, internet connection speed, and the size of the document being downloaded make each download time unique. A good way to monitor download progress is to watch the status bar.

  • I purchased an MP3 Download product, how do I access it?

    Click the My Account button at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. Once in your account, navigate to the [Access My Courses] tab. From the [Access My Courses] tab, click on the [View Only OnDemand & Download Courses] button where you will see your MP3 Download purchases. Select the MP3 Download product by clicking on the product title or the [View Detail] button to navigate to the product launch page. To download and/or listen to your product, click the [Download Now] button to the right of the course information. Program reference materials can be found below the course summary. Click the [Download] materials button to view and download the reference materials PDF. We recommend you save a copy of these files to your computer for unlimited future access as product access from your account will expire 6-months from the date of purchase.

  • How do I save a copy of the MP3 Download product that I purchased to my computer for future reference?

    If you don't have the file downloaded and open on your computer, when prompted select 'save to disk' instead of the 'download' option and save the file to the desired location on your computer. If you already have the file open, simply select 'Save As' from the 'File' menu to save your copy for unlimited future access to the file.

  • Are MP3 Download programs accredited for CLE?

  • How do I receive credit for an MP3 Download product?

    Listen for the letter codes that you will hear while listening to the program. You will want to jot these letter codes down as your accrediting agency may require these codes as proof of course completion. Once you have completed the product, return to the product page in your online account and click [Certificate of Completion | Request Credit], which will take you to a short questionnaire where you will be asked to complete a product evaluation, supply letter codes if required by your credit agency and request credit.   • There is no [Download Now] button on my Product Detail page. What do I do?

    The download link itself expires after 6 months, therefore we recommend that you save your copy for unlimited future reference. If you did not save a copy of the MP3 Download that you purchased and the link has expired, please contact Customer Service at 877-624-7707.

  • I just ordered an MP3 Download product but I can't download it; it says that the item is pending?
