  • What is an OnDemand Course?

    OnDemand Courses are recordings of previously held courses that you can replay on your computer as streaming audio or video files, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Accompanying course reference materials are included with OnDemand Course purchases in a downloadable PDF format. There is no waiting for your shipment to arrive and no shipping fees to pay.

  • How do I know if a specific product title is available in the OnDemand format?

    An OnDemand product icon will be listed on the search results and product details pages for each title that is available in this format. Browse a list of available OnDemand Courses.

  • What are my payment options?

    Credit Card payment is required for immediate access to OnDemand Courses. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Orders paid by Check or a Purchase Order will be placed in a hold status, pending payment. You will be notified via email of product access once payment is received. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Can I order an OnDemand Course for someone else?

    Yes, when ordering online you will be asked to provide the recipient's email address and create an online account for the attendee.

  • Are there any technical requirements for OnDemand Courses?

    All you need is a computer with access to the internet with a Microsoft Silverlight Compatible browser with Silverlight installed. Visit the Microsoft website to verify technical requirements, test your system, and install Silverlight.

  • I purchased an OnDemand Course, how do I access it?

    Click the My Account button at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. Once in your account, navigate to the [Access My Courses] tab. From the [Access My Courses] tab, click on the [View Only OnDemand & Download Courses] button where you will see your OnDemand purchases. Select the OnDemand Course by clicking on the product title or the [View Detail] button to navigate to the program launch page. To begin your program, click the media player [Watch / Listen Now] button on the right side of your screen. Once the media player launches, click the play button (triangle) to start the program. Pressing the Play button again will stop/pause the program. Program reference materials can be found below the course summary. Click the [Download] materials button to view and download the reference materials PDF.

  • How long will I have access to my OnDemand purchases?

    You will have access to your programs for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Are OnDemand Courses accredited for CLE?

    Accreditation varies by state. View MCLE Information by State for detailed credit requirements.

  • How do I receive continuing education credit for an OnDemand Course?

    Listen or watch for the letter codes that you will hear while listening to the program. You will want to jot these letter codes down as your accrediting agency may require these codes as proof of course completion. Once you have completed the program, return to the program page in your online account and click [Certificate of Completion | Request Credit], which will take you to a short questionnaire where you will be asked to complete a program evaluation, supply letter codes if required by your credit agency and request credit.   • There is no [Watch / Listen Now] button on my Product Detail page. What do I do?

    Courses with a status of "Pending" are on hold pending payment and will not display the [Watch / Listen Now] button. Please call our Customer Service Department at 877-624-7707 with any questions or to change your order to pay by credit card for immediate program access.

  • I just ordered an OnDemand Course but I can't download it; it says that the item is pending?

  • What is your return policy for OnDemand Courses?
