  • What is a Video Replay?

    A Video Replay is a scheduled showing of a live seminar recording in a classroom environment. It is led by a moderator on-site who is qualified to answer questions on the program's content. Continuing education credit is available and seminar manuals are provided at the replay. Browse a list of upcoming Video Replays.

  • How late can I register for a Video Replay?

    You may register at the door; however, pre-registration is encouraged. If you need to register at the door, we recommend you call us first to confirm availability and any schedule or location changes. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Are multiple attendee discounts available?

    Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives $10 off their total tuition.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), Check or a Purchase Order. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Is hardship tuition assistance available for Illinois, New Jersey and New York attorneys?

    Yes, please submit a request in writing to our Tuition Discount Committee via email to customerservice@nbi-sems.com.

  • Will I receive course materials?

    You will receive a comprehensive course reference manual specific to the Video Replay you are attending. The reference manual is written by the presenters of the live seminar and serves as a valuable reference for you during and after the program. There is space for note taking and each manual is bound so storage after the program is neat and convenient.

  • Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

    Yes, you will receive a detailed confirmation email. 

  • How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled Video Replay?

    If there are any changes to the Video Replay you are scheduled to attend, you will be notified by email and/or phone as soon as possible.

  • What about lunch and parking?

    Unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are on your own. For your convenience, we select locations for our Video Replays that have dining establishments within the facility or nearby. To obtain directions and parking information, please contact the facility associated with the Video Replay you are interested in.

  • What should I wear?

    Business casual attire is appropriate. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or a jacket for extra comfort.

  • How do I obtain proof/verification of my participation?

    You will receive a certificate of completion and reporting information at the conclusion of the Video Replay.

  • How will my continuing education credits be reported?

    Depending on your accrediting agency requirements, we will submit your credits or will provide you with the information you need to report your own. Detailed credit submission instructions will be given at the program.

  • I need special accommodations. What do I do?

    We take pride in meeting the individual needs of all Video Replay participants. All of our Video Replays are held in facilities that are accessible for all ability levels. Other special needs requests are easily handled by contacting our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182.

  • What if I need to cancel my registration?

    We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program please contact our Customer Service Department. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different NBI event, or sending you the manual and audio recording of the event.   • What if I attend but am not satisfied with the program?

    If you aren't satisfied with a Seminar, call or write us, within 60 days of program attendance, and we'll make it right. View Returns & Cancellations for our satisfaction guarantee.
