  • What is a Teleconference / Webcast?

    IPE Teleconference / Webcast events are live audio broadcasts with an optional web presentation that coincides with the audio. You can choose to listen to the audio over the phone or through your computer.

  • Do I need special equipment to participate in a Teleconference / Webcast?

    When you log in to your account on the date of the program, you’ll be given the option to listen online or by phone. Either call the toll-free number to listen by phone or select the webcast option.

  • What do I do if experiencing technical problems during the broadcast?

    Contact Customer Service at 800-931-6182.

  • Can I record the program?

    No. We ask that you not record the program. An audio recording will be made available for sale.

  • Can multiple people listen in to the broadcast?

    Registrations are per person so each attendee will need to register for a program individually. We will gladly help you set up larger group broadcasts (contact our Customer Service Department for assistance). NOTE: Only paid registrants will receive credit for attending.

  • How will I receive materials for the program?

    The materials will available in your "My Account" course listing. We recommend that you save the file directly to your computer at your earliest convenience because your online access to this file is limited to 30 days. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF manuals. You can download it for free at

  • What if I need to cancel my registration?

    We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program please contact Customer Service at 1-800-930-6182. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different NBI event, or sending you the manual and audio recording of the event. If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to the seminar. Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the program will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above. The processing fee of $20 will apply, and any registration that is converted to a manual and audio recording of the event will incur an additional $7.95 shipping charge.

  • What if I attend, but am not satisfied with the program?

    You can contact Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-930-6182. If you aren't satisfied with a seminar or training resource, call or write us, within 60 days of program attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

    You will receive a confirmation of this order via email. Additionally, prior to the program each registrant is emailed complete teleconference details. Access information (URL, toll-free phone number, event pass code and personal ID number), links to access PDF of program materials, and continuing education credit request form (including attendee roster) will be provided.
