  • How do I log in to My Account?

    Click the My Account button at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. If you have not purchased or registered for a course before, you can create an account at this time. If you are not sure if you have an account, click on the Forgot Your Password link. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. If you enter an email address that is not in our system, you will receive the following message: "There was no valid account found for the Email address you entered." At that point you can create an account on the right hand side of the screen.

  • How do I access my courses?

    First, log in to My Account. You can access all your courses by clicking on the [Access My Courses] tab next to the [My Account] tab. From there you can select the course you would like to access.

  • I cannot find one of the programs I registered for in My Account.

    First, log in to My Account. You can access all your courses by clicking on the [Access My Courses] tab next to [My Account] tab. From there, your products are broken down into five categories: All, View Only Upcoming Events, View Only Recently Held Events, View Only OnDemand & Download Courses, and View Only CDs, DVDs & Books. You can navigate through all of your products by selecting "All". Still can't find the course? Call us at 877-624-7707.

  • I know I have an account, but I cannot find it with my email address.

  • Help! I forgot my password.

    Click the Forgot Your Password link on the log in screen. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. When you log in using the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password. If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please call us at 877-624-7707.

  • How do I update my personal information (name, address, job title, phone number, email address, password etc.)?

    First, log in to My Account. Once logged in you can edit "My Profile" by clicking on the [Edit] button and updating your profile accordingly. Make sure to save all changes.

  • I would like a copy of the order receipt for an online transaction I completed. Where can I get one?

    First, log in to My Account. Once in your account, navigate to the [Order History] tab. All transactions that you have completed online since January 1, 2009 will be listed. Select the transaction you are looking for by clicking the [View Receipt] button. The transaction details of the order you completed will be displayed.   • How do I request continuing education credit online?

    First, log in to My Account. Once in your account, navigate to the [Request Credit] tab. To request credit, click on the [Request Credit] button next to the corresponding course. You must complete the course before credit can be requested. You can also review and request additional credits from this section.
