  • How does the 'PDF Download' format compare to the other course book product formats you offer?

    The PDF Download product is an electronic version of the course book in a PDF file format that can be purchased for immediate delivery via email. There is no waiting for your shipment to arrive and no shipping fees to pay. The content itself is the same as the print and CD-ROM versions.

  • How do I know if a specific title is available in the PDF Download format?

    A PDF Download product icon will be listed on the search results and product details pages for each title that is available for download.  Browse a list of available PDF Downloads.

  • What are my payment options?

    Credit Card payment is required for immediate access to PDF Download products. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Orders paid by Check or a Purchase Order will be placed in a hold status, pending payment. You will be notified via email of product access once payment is received. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Can I order a PDF Download for someone else?

    Yes, when ordering online you will be asked to provide the recipient's email address and create an online account for the attendee.

  • Are there technical requirements for download and use of a PDF Download?

    The only requirement is that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other PDF reader program) installed on your computer (download and install Abode Reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/).

  • How long will it take to download a PDF Course Book?

    The PDF file download is 'streamed' for technical efficiency and speed during the download. Variables such as your computer system, internet connection speed, and the size of the document being downloaded make it difficult to estimate how long the download will take. A good way to monitor download progress is to watch the status bar.

  • I purchased a PDF Download product, how do I access it?

    Click the My Account button at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. Once in your account, navigate to the [Access My Courses] tab. From the [Access My Courses] tab, click on the [View Only OnDemand & Download Courses] button where you will see your PDF Download purchases. Select the PDF Download product by clicking on the product title or the [View Detail] button to navigate to the product launch page. To download your product, click the [Download Now] button to the right of the course information. We recommend you save a copy of these file to your computer for unlimited future access as product access from your account will expire 6-months from the date of purchase.

  • How do I save a copy of the PDF Download that I purchased to my computer for future reference?

    If you don't have the file downloaded and open on your computer, when prompted select 'save to disk' instead of the 'download' option and save the file to the desired location on your computer. If you already have the PDF Download file open, simply select 'Save As' from the 'File' menu to save your copy for unlimited future access to the file.

  • Am I able to search the PDF Download product?

    Yes. Select 'Search' from your 'Edit' menu options.

  • Can I modify and save changes to my copy of the PDF Download file?

    No, the file is protected as a read-only file.

  • Can I print the PDF Download product?

    Yes. Select 'Print' from your 'File' menu options.

  • There is no [Download Now] button on my Product Detail page. What do I do?

    The download link itself expires after 6 months, therefore we recommend that you save your copy to your computer for unlimited future reference. If you did not save a copy of the PDF Download that you purchased and the link has expired, please contact Customer Service at 877-624-7707.

  • I just ordered a PDF Download, but I can't download it; it says that the item is pending?
