HON. M. JANE BRADY has served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge in New Castle County Superior Court since 2005.

HON. RICHARD F. STOKES has served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge in Sussex County Superior Court since 1999. Prior to the Superior Court, Judge Stokes served as a Resident Judge with the Court of Common Pleas.

HON. WILLIAM L. WITHAM JR. has served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge in Kent County Superior Court since 2005. Judge Witham became an Associate Judge of the Delaware Superior Court in 1999.

MODERATOR - DANIELLE K. YEARICK is a Director and Vice President of the Wilmington law firm Tybout, Redfearn & Pell. Ms. Yearick has practiced in the areas of Workers Compensation, Insurance, Negligence, Civil Litigation, Products Liability and Medical Malpractice since 1997.
