MATTHEW F. G. CASTANO is a member in the law firm of Brown & Hiser LLC. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of family law and commercial litigation. Mr. Castano also serves as the Magistrate for the Albany County Adult Drug Court. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming and the U.S. District Court, District of Wyoming; and the Shoshone and Arapahoe Tribal Court. Mr. Castano has lectured for the Summit Bar Review and Barbri on Wyoming family law for the past ten years. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Castano is a member of the Wyoming Bar Association. LAURA J. JACKSON is an attorney with the Cheyenne law firm of Long Reimer Winegar Beppler LLP. She has concentrated her practice in the areas of family law, elder law, wills, probate, trusts and estates. Ms. Jackson is a member of the Laramie County Bar Association, the Wyoming State Bar and the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council. She earned her B.S. degree at the University of Wyoming and her J.D. degree, with honors, at the University of Wyoming School of Law. TONY S. LOPEZ maintains a law office in Laramie, Wyoming, where he practices in the areas of family law, contested divorces, child custody, child support, visitation rights, wrongful death, truck accidents, automobile accidents, personal injury, and criminal defense (felonies and juvenile law). Mr. Lopez attended the University of Illinois and graduated with a B.A. degree. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Wyoming. He was Deputy Albany County Attorney and was a member of the Board of Directors of South East Wyoming Legal Services. Mr. Lopez is a member of the Albany County Bar Association (president, 1987-1989); the Wyoming State Bar Association (chairman, Lawyers Assistance Program, 2005-present); Board of Directors for Wyoming Professional Assistance Program (2006); The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Minority Caucus Chairman State of Wyoming (1992-1995); and the American Association of Justice (1984-present).
